Doesn't matter if the occasion you're celebrating is big or small, we know you're coming to us because you want something special to help you celebrate.

You don't need to know exactly what you want. We will help you find and create a one of a kind work of art!

Before you contact us...

These are the things you'll need to start thinking about before you contact us:

You will need to provide an exact pick up date to start booking your order
Size of cake (or number of cupcakes or cookies) you'll need.
Type of cake (for cake orders only): whether you'll want a fondant or buttercream cake
Theme that will inspire the design process

We recommend you place the order as soon as possible... we might be able to accommodate last minute orders, but can't be promised

Step 1

Send us a message with the info above. You can either begin the process here, shoot us an email or reach out through our social media. Sending this first message DOES NOT mean you've placed an order.

It's really helpful if you can send pictures of what you'd like. It helps us understand the style and aesthetic you're aiming for.

And of course, we can always make replicas of a specific picture you've found online! Just have in mind that it will never be 100% the same (maybe 95%?) as cake decorating is an art.

Step 2

You will receive an answer saying whether we have availability for the date you chose or not.

If we do, we will talk about your vision for the order, and we'll give you an estimate quote.

The design can be based on pictures you've found on line, your invitations, or you can even have a list of details and things you'd like the cake, cookies or cupcakes to have.

(We can talk over the phone, through emails or texts, or meet in person)

Step 3

If you are ok with that price range, you will need to pay a $50 non refundable deposit to start the design process (the deposit will go towards the final total of your order)

Step 4

Once we receive the deposit, we'll start working on different ideas, and send you 2 or 3 sketches of designs at different price ranges from which you'll chose one. Of course changes can be made to the sketch you've chosen, but have in mind that every change or detail means a change in price as well.

Step 5

Once all the details are finalized, you'll receive an Invoice and our Terms and Conditions. You will need to sign and read it.

The order will be finally placed when you pay for the total amount of the order.

And that's it!! We know it sounds like A LOT! But it's really not that bad!
